Be direct about why. Teams respond better when the purpose is clear. Tell them this is about your growth, not evaluating them.

Set a 24 hour window. Longer windows lead to procrastination and lower completion rates. Create a gentle deadline.

Reinforce anonymity. Say it out loud more than once. Teams will not be honest if they fear consequences.

Follow through publicly. After your results call, share at least one thing you are going to work on. This builds trust for next time.

Aim for 70% participation or higher. The more responses, the more meaningful the data. Encourage it company wide.
